Barbara Gill Conveyancing is a locally owned business providing specialty conveyancing services for both New South Wales and Queensland properties. Situated in the heart of the South Tweed business area at Shop 2, 1 Machinery Drive the practice is easily located and off street parking is available.
Owner Barbara Gill (being born and bred on the Tweed) has extensive experience in all areas of the law having been involved in the legal industry for almost 30 years, the past 16 specifically in conveyancing. It was however her flair for, and love of conveyancing that drove her to obtain her associate degree in law and become qualified to start her own practice.

Our fees are all inclusive which means there are no hidden extras. In accordance with the Conveyancers Licensing Act all clients are issued with a written Client Agreement which sets out exactly what they will be paying during the course of the transaction.
